Zurich will look at the facts about long-term sickness and the risk vs reality of customers perceptions. They will look at how income protection works and can meet your customers protection needs, through choice, flexibility and support.

They will cover in detail the features and benefits of their income protection product, as well as the range of optional benefits available, including the support available via our experienced rehabilitation support team.

Zurich will share how they underwrite your customers and explain the different risks profiles of customers and how we view them. They will then walkthrough the claims process and provide a real-life claim example and demonstrate how the added value benefits can help your customers through the process of returning to work.

Finally, they will show how the flexibility and added support provided by the policy, both at the outset and throughout the term of the policy, can help you tailor a policy recommend for your customer using our simple self-service Life Protection Platform functionality.
