In the unfortunate event that a client raises a complaint, you’ll have the full support of our complaints handling team. They’ll deal with the complaint in line with the Financial Ombudsman Service’s requirements and find a solution that satisfies all parties.
Professional Indemnity insurance is provided at no extra cost for the first 12 months.
